Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

Because digital products : including fillable and printable PDF files - are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all digital product sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will review your request.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial annual purchase and have not made substantial use of the Service, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime access purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the plan details carefully before purchasing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of technical failure, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
