These Subscription Terms govern all recurring paid plans offered by The Calm File. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
Plans Available
The Calm File offers monthly plans, annual plans, and a one-time lifetime access option. Plan details, features, and current pricing are described on the Subscription page. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with advance notice.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize The Calm File to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period. You will receive a reminder before your annual renewal.
Billing
All charges are processed in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to your account until payment is resolved.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Free Plan
A free plan is available with limited features. The Calm File reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will notify existing subscribers of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
