The Calm File offers free and paid plans, including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time lifetime access purchases. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Calm File offers downloadable digital products, including fillable and printable PDF files. Because digital products are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Subscription refunds may be available in limited circumstances as described in that policy. Digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you enter, upload, or store on the platform.
